"I’m truly disappointed with my experience. I’ve been a loyal customer, and this was my first accident—a collision with a deer. Instead of support, I’ve dealt with constant problems. I was never given a list of repair shops to choose from; State Farm chose one on their own with a three-month wait. They also failed to sign me up for rental coverage, and then tried offering a discounted rental for $20 a day for three months—on top of my insurance and car payment. There was no sense of urgency throughout this process. I had to find my own repair shop, and when I did, your inspector wanted to use second-hand parts on my vehicle, something I was never informed was part of your policy. Thankfully, the auto body shop I chose explained it to me, because they don’t work that way. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, urgency, and support. I expect better solutions and accountability for the issues I’ve had to handle on my own."
